This website is intended for adults only. This website is not intended for any children under the age of 13. If you are between 13 and 17, you agree that you received parental permission both to complete the registration process and to use this website and order online from the restaurants listed with on this site.

THE INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES, STATUTORY WARRANTIES, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF: MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PADI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without limitations, conditions and/or qualifications, and without need of prior notification, to limit, change, modify or cancel any order, and/or to refuse any service to any customer for any reason attributable to the unavailability of the items ordered, or other circumstances and conditions beyond the control of PADI’s which would render impossible or delay the fulfillment of its obligations.
10. Limitation of Liability.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE SITE, YOUR SITE USE, OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE AND/OR CONTENT IS TO CEASE ALL OF YOUR SITE USE.
11. Use of Information.
Reserves the right, and you authorise us, to use and assign all information regarding site uses by you and all information provided by you. When using the PADI’s online ordering system additional information is collected when you place an order online. This information assists in the delivery to your door and to verify your credentials. The online order system also stores information about your order to help you remember and re-order the same menu in future.
12. Termination.
We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
13. Refund Policy.
Online pickup orders are not refundable after pick-up. If you would like to cancel your order please call the restaurant directly before your scheduled pick-up. We do not refund credit card orders. If there is any reason you don't like the food you receive, feel free to talk to the cashier at the restaurant so that they can accommodate something for you. However, credit card orders cannot be refunded.
14. Delivery Policy.
An estimated delivery date and time will be provided after your order is placed. Delivery zones online are set to match delivery zones for the restaurant.
- Free delivery during the Ramadan period applies if order value is $60 and above; $15 will be charged for order value less than $60. For non-Ramadan period, free delivery applies for order value $200 onwards.
- Door-to-door delivery only applies to public residential addresses. For delivery to commercial or private premises where exchange of passes are required, a collection point needs to be determined to facilitate the delivery process so as to avoid delays and to minimise hassle.
- It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that delivery instructions are clear and concise.
- Delivery charge does not include additional costs like ERP, entrance fees, or any monetary payments incurred by the driver during delivery, which the customer will have to pay cash when delivery is made. Upon delivery, customer shall pay in cash all fees and charges (including delivery charges mentioned above) incurred in connection with the order, including any and all applicable taxes, at the rate in effect when the charges were incurred. Alternately, while placing the order on PADI website www.padibussorah.com, customers may choose the online payment option, upon which they shall be redirected to an external payment gateway, on which they are required to follow the payment gateway’s separate instructions for effecting online payment. The payment gateway is not under PADI’s control, and PADI is not responsible for and shall not be liable to any extent or in any manner for any payment-related or internet-related issues faced by customers in relation to online payments including payment refunds, and customers shall indemnify and keep fully and effectively indemnified PADI and its affiliates in this regard.
- We only accept delivery requests if orders are submitted before 12pm on the same day. If order submissions are after 12, customers are required to self-collect over the counter at our restaurant.
15. Cancellation Policy
- We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is cancelled, or if numbers are reduced without prior notice.
- For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
- In order to timely cancel, you must do so no later than 12:00pm on the day prior to your reservation. If you do not timely cancel, or if you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged $12 per person.
- The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by PADI’s in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.
- We would respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. Should you arrive after your booking time without forewarning, we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests.
- Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and although we will do everything we can to allocate a table in your preferred area of the dining area, we cannot always guarantee this.
- Where possible, the PADI’s team will actively manage restaurant bookings by checking attendance with the main guests/contact we have in our bookings diary.
